this weekend i have came back to maine to see some friends and my family..

i gotta say that maine is so boring and there is nothing to do at all .. so i decided to go out with couple friends to the light house and take picture for them.. we went to fort william in cape elizabeth..

i have an art history exam this tuesday .. wish me luck.. im failing cuz i havent pass any of the exam in this class yet!!

this might sound silly but i've had this project which we need to look at non-western art work and reference it to turn it into our personal art work that relate to modern day of our lives.. so i've created a chair based on the chinese furniture art.. only one thing about my chair is that it is specifically made for my CELL PHONE!!!

i gave a little of the thai house design at the top .. im proud of this piece .. it was fun to do haha

saturday photo walk

on saturday i went on a photo walk with one of my friend .. we walk all day taking photos pretty much.. i haven't upload all the pictures yet but here's a nice building i like right by quincy market and downtown crossing ^_^

after the photo walk we watch ghost movie "the ringu" at my apartment with couple friends.. nothing much, just drinking beers and watching movies no sign of drunkness.. haha

on sunday i went to the thai karaoke contest at montien restaurant.. i was one of the contestant.. i had so much fun.. there were a lot of people and at the end my friend had a concert.. that was the best part of the show!!!!!!!! i will post the pictures of the event later as soon as i get them.. ^_^

the power went off last night at around 1AM while i was sleeping and my roommate woke me up.. we took a while trying to find a lighter to light up the candle .. after we lid up the candle.. i thought it looks pretty cool and decided to take a couple pictures.. ^_^

i work on the t-shirt design for thaitownboston.com .. i gotta say not many ideas came into my mind and i discussed a couple ideas with friends but they seem not to like it much, so i change my ideas a lot and end up with a really simple design.. i will show it later .. oh, and when the power went off .. i had photoshop on and forgot to save my design .. its all gone!! good thing i save the unfinished jpeg.. so i was lucky i could still fix and edited some stuff.. *sigh* very lucky!!

cold day again

again, today was very cold .. after i took a shower in the morning i quickly walk to the T even though my hair was still wet.. on the way to the T my hair frozed!! thats how cold it is!!

stayed at schoolall day from 10am to 8pm .. isnt it crazy? im so tired! after i got out at 8pm.. p'sa came to pick me up and we went to karaoke haha .. now im back at home at 1am!! i havent done my homework yet!!

Snow Day!!

i'm back in boston for school and that's right folks today classes were cancelled!! there was a snow storm in the morning!! today was actually the first day of school but due to snow storm we didnt have any class.. the school called me at 4AM and tells me that the university is closed..

i took this picture while i came out of my friend ming's apartment right next to park street T station.. my roommate bai actually told me to take it.. it look quite interesting..

while walking home i took a photo of the street sign .. i think the background look nice although it was at night ..

this is a nice view.. everything was white.. the river would have been white too if it was frozen.. the river wasn't frozen because it had been quite warmer out last week .. this week it supposed to get colder so the river might freezes again!

they look a little similar in shapes dont you think?

did this for my 2D design class.. the idea was that it is visually similar but conceptually different.. my teacher loved it.. i loved it.. basically because when i was trying to find something similar to the water fountain and while i was in the bathroom taking a piss i look at the flush and i was like .. "jackpot"..

this is a fake lomo by me haha .. i used a burst mode on my d40 to capture shots of my little friend jeffrey .. and thanks to photoshop i turn it into a "lomo" kind of picture lol.. well i want to own an actual lomo camera one day !! until that day i need to save up some money T_T it's not even THAT expensive!

today was snowing outside but i couldn't get a shot of any snow because i woke up late and i was in a hurry to go to my class.. when i got out of my class.. it stop snowing and it was dark out already .. *sigh* .. next time!

this picture was taken at a park next to the boston common .. the trees were beautiful there.. this one, after i've captured it.. i went back and look .. it kinda remind me of a japanese tree theme for some reason.. like bamboo leaf .. ^__^

well today i didn't do much.. i woke up real late at about 2pm i went to my idea of western art I class at 3:30pm.. i find that class real hard for some reason.. everything that the teacher ask people .. i got the answer right in my head.. but everytime she ask me i have no idea what the answer is! i seem to know everyother ones beside the one she ask me!!

i had another class at 6pm and it was drawing class.. i love this class.. it's so easy .. i finish one of my drawing today .. i drew a picture of thailand haha .. yeah .. then i went to shaws for groceries.. came home and cook myself a meal.. yep !! now im gonna go to sleep soon!! good night everyone!
